About the role

As a Developer at Hyland, you will contribute to the performance and reliability of our product by applying solid software engineering principles. You will work within a collaborative, hybrid team environment, delivering high‑quality code that drives meaningful business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop code based on functional specifications and identify opportunities for refactoring and architectural improvements.
• Write and maintain automated unit tests to verify functionality before code review.
• Design logic and algorithms in line with established standards and conduct peer code reviews.
• Contribute to software development standards, planning, estimation, demos, and reviews.
• Help implement and improve the delivery pipeline, including test automation, security, and performance enhancements.
• Provide troubleshooting support for moderately complex production or code issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with one or more general‑purpose programming languages, specifically .NET and C#.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and Agile methodology.
• Hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Octopus) and version control systems.
• Familiarity with web services using REST and POST.
• Effective collaboration, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
