Designer – Product Design & Architecture

About the role

We are seeking a highly creative, detail‑oriented Designer to join our multidisciplinary studio. The role blends conceptual development with hands‑on detailing, prototyping and production across furniture, lighting, objects, installations and spatial design.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original concepts for furniture, lighting, objects, installations and spatial elements.
• Translate sketches into refined 3D models, drawings and production‑ready designs.
• Lead projects from concept through prototyping, refinement and final manufacture.
• Produce technical drawings, specifications, material details and fabrication documentation.
• Research materials, finishes and emerging fabrication technologies.
• Explore processes such as 3D printing, CNC machining, digital fabrication, ceramics, wood, metal and mixed‑material construction.
• Prepare presentations, renders and diagrams for internal reviews and client meetings.
• Coordinate multiple projects, ensuring accurate and organised documentation.
• Contribute to the studio’s design language, research and experimentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design or Architecture (mandatory).
• Ability to manage assigned work independently while collaborating closely with the design team.

Required skills

• Strong conceptual and design thinking ability.
• Excellent sense of form, proportion, materiality and detailing.
• Advanced 3D modelling skills.
• Proficiency in Rhino (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of Grasshopper or other computational/parametric tools (advantage).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Rendering skills using Enscape, V‑Ray, KeyShot or Blender.
• Understanding of materials, fabrication processes and construction methods.
• Experience with CNC machining, digital fabrication or additive manufacturing (advantage).
• Ability to produce accurate technical drawings and communicate with fabricators.
