Design Manager – MEP / PJM

About the role

Colliers is seeking a Design Manager to lead MEP and PJM design activities in Vijayawada. The role ensures that all drawings are technically sound, feasible, financially optimal and delivered according to schedule. As part of a global professional services firm, the manager will contribute to high‑quality engineering solutions for commercial, industrial and institutional projects.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and optimise MEP and PJM drawings for feasibility and cost efficiency.
• Oversee execution of designs to meet project plans and timelines.
• Collaborate with DPR consultants during preparation and finalisation of MEP designs and drawings.

Required profile

• Graduate in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in design for IT & IES, commercial, industrial or institutional buildings.
• Exposure to BIM workflows is advantageous.

Required skills

• Electrical Engineering expertise.
• Mechanical Engineering expertise.
• Proficiency with BIM tools.
