About the role
Colliers is seeking an experienced Architect BIM Coordinator to lead the feasibility and financial optimisation of architectural plans while ensuring execution aligns with project objectives. The role involves close collaboration with clients to finalise MEP, interior and façade specifications.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure architecture plans and drawings are feasible, financially optimal and executed according to the project plan.
- Support the client in finalising MEP, interior and façade specifications and related drawings.
Required profile
- Post‑graduate or graduate degree in Architecture with at least 10 years of experience on IT, IES, commercial or institutional projects.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and service‑oriented attitude, with a results‑driven mindset.
Required skills
- Proficiency with BIM tools (exposure preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using MSP/Primavera for project scheduling.
