Construction Manager / Resident Engineer (Dia-Grid & Structural Steel)

About the role

Colliers is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager / Resident Engineer to lead the fabrication and erection of dia‑grid and structural steel components for a major project in Vijayawada. The role combines on‑site supervision with workshop coordination to ensure quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee fabrication of steel members at the workshop/fabrication yard and coordinate their delivery to the construction site.
• Manage erection of dia‑grid and other structural steel members, including bolting, welding and connection quality checks, in line with drawings and safety standards.

Required profile

• Post‑Graduate or Graduate degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in IT & IES, industrial, commercial or institutional building construction.
• Proven exposure to BIM, PERT and CPM techniques, with at least one high‑rise dia‑grid steel structure project.
