Design Engineer – Vane Pump Design (Ahmedabad)

About the role

We are looking for a Design Engineer / Executive to lead the development of vane pumps at our Ahmedabad facility. The role combines strategic support to the Group Leader with hands‑on product engineering for our series‑production hydraulic pumps.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of vane pumps, proposing execution plans and identifying challenges.
• Drive project execution, ensure timely completion and provide regular status reports.
• Analyse data to create systematic procedures, improve processes and optimise efficiency.
• Provide product engineering support for series production of industrial hydraulic pumps to worldwide plants and sales teams.
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a collaborative and growth‑oriented environment.
