Deputy Manager – Civil Construction Projects

About the role

The Deputy Manager will lead civil engineering activities from project initiation through commissioning, ensuring projects meet timeline, quality, and budget targets while upholding Adani’s safety‑first culture.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction projects, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and industry best practices.
• Supervise site activities, enforce safety protocols, construction methods, and environmental standards.
• Review and approve civil drawings, designs, and specifications.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers for material procurement and resource allocation.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and conduct regular inspections.
• Assist in cost estimation, budgeting, and expenditure monitoring.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Mentor junior engineers and site staff, promoting continuous learning and teamwork.
