Delivery Partner – On-site Logistics Role

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Delivery Partner to join our logistics team in Garulia. This full-time, on-site position focuses on ensuring parcels reach customers quickly and accurately while providing top-notch service.

Key responsibilities

• Load and unload parcels safely and efficiently.
• Manage delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
• Coordinate with the logistics team to meet delivery schedules.
• Support upselling and sales initiatives where applicable.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery or related fields is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
• Experience in the food & beverage sector is a plus.

• Forklift operation.
