Data Processing Executive - US Mortgage

About the role

Infrrd is seeking a Data Processing Executive to handle US mortgage documents end‑to‑end. You will annotate, correct, verify, and classify large volumes of mortgage files, ensuring high data quality for downstream AI models.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately annotate and correct US mortgage documents to support data processing pipelines.
• Verify the quality and accuracy of extracted data and perform quality assurance checks.
• Classify mortgage documents by type and become a subject‑matter expert on US mortgage documentation.
• Process customer information, transactions, and updates, entering data into company systems efficiently.
• Confirm, corroborate, and clean data, merging sources when necessary to maintain consistency.
• Generate required reports in line with departmental standards and timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, communicating updates and issues clearly.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with company policies.
• Meet productivity metrics assigned by the department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the US mortgage industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to operate a computer comfortably.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask.
• Willingness to work night and rotational shifts after training.
• Stable internet connection.
