About the role

Lead analytics and clinical configuration strategy for Cohere Health’s auto‑decisioning platform, delivering end‑to‑end solutions from data gathering through scaled deployment. Work cross‑functionally to translate business needs into analytical frameworks and mentor a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analytics and clinical configuration strategy for the auto‑decisioning platform, overseeing end‑to‑end solutions from data gathering to scaled deployment.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate business problems into analytical frameworks and deliver actionable insights.
• Establish performance tracking, design tests, and drive product and program improvements.
• Build, mentor and manage a high‑performing analytics team, embedding best practices for scalable, reusable solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Governance to ensure explainable, governance‑aligned analytics.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on management experience in healthcare analytics.
• 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics and governance, including at least 2 years leading teams.
• Proven ability to present complex analytical results to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience designing and executing auto‑decisioning strategies for client implementations.

Required skills

• Python programming.
• SQL querying.
• Use of data‑science libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit‑learn).
