Data Analyst Manager – Stock Management & Power Retail BI

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Data Analyst Manager to lead inventory planning, stock management, and Business Intelligence reporting using Power Retail BI. You will turn large data sets into actionable insights that support strategic decisions and improve operational efficiency across our retail network.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze stock levels across warehouses and retail sites, ensuring optimal inventory availability.
• Develop forecasting models to reduce stock‑outs, excess inventory, and obsolete stock.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Design, develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power Retail BI.
• Perform trend, variance and predictive analyses to support business decisions.
• Automate recurring reports to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, Operations and Sales to improve inventory performance.
• Provide analytical support for stock allocation, replenishment planning and new product launches.
• Lead and mentor the inventory analytics team and deliver timely business insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 5–8+ years of experience in data analytics, inventory management or retail BI.
• Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
