About the role
Bottomline is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join its Paymode Revenue Operations team in India. The role works night shifts in a hybrid model, handling inbound calls and emails to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle 30‑40 inbound calls and 20 emails daily, documenting interactions in the CRM.
- Diagnose and resolve software‑as‑a‑service issues, escalating defects when needed.
- Maintain timelines for issue resolution and develop strong customer relationships.
- Participate in Bottomline’s C1 Customer Service program and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of customer support experience, preferably with SaaS products.
- Proficiency in the Paymode‑X product and solid computer troubleshooting skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication, including business writing.
- Ability to work independently on night shifts and manage multiple priorities.
