Customer Support – International Voice (Walk‑In Drive)

About the role

Infosys BPM is hiring Process Executives and Senior Process Executives for its International Voice Customer Support team in Pune. The role involves providing telephone assistance to customers worldwide, handling queries, and ensuring a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from international customers and address their concerns.
• Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver accurate, timely solutions.
• Adhere to quality standards and process guidelines.
• Work in a 24 × 7 rotational schedule, including US/night shifts.

Required profile

• 0‑5 years of experience in a call‑center or customer‑service environment.
• Any full‑time graduate (minimum 15 years of formal education).
• Excellent verbal English communication.
• Customer‑centric attitude and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
