About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our store team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for shoppers, ensuring a warm welcome and a delightful shopping experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and guide them through the shopping process.
- Follow company procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs) consistently.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and store KPIs.
- Seek and act on customer feedback to continuously improve service quality.
