Customer Service Manager – Pune

About the role

Oye Creators is seeking a proactive Customer Service Manager to lead its on‑site support team in Pune. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service experiences, driving continuous improvement, and acting as the main liaison between customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Proven expertise in customer satisfaction, service management, and support operations.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate processes and drive quality enhancements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management experience.
• Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach to customer needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a customer service management role is preferred.
