Customer Service Executive – Service Delivery & Management

About the role

The role ensures seamless operation of IP products and services through rigorous user acceptance testing, issue resolution and data‑integrity management. It collaborates closely with cross‑functional and IT support teams to maintain high service‑delivery quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute UAT for new requirements, enhancements and fixes across BSS/OSS workflows for IP products/services.
• Conduct UAT for auto‑configuration and service‑validation processes, ensuring end‑to‑end readiness.
• Perform post‑production sanity checks to confirm successful implementation and mitigate service impact.
• Identify and analyse production‑stuck orders caused by data inconsistencies or automation failures and coordinate resolution with cross‑functional and IT teams.
• Track raised issues to closure, ensuring permanent fixes where applicable.
• Support root‑cause analysis for failure cases and follow up on solution deployment.
• Conduct data‑integrity audits, perform corrections and support system cleanup activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Telecommunication, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in networking, IP services or telecom operations.
• Practical experience in IP network device configuration, testing and change‑management activities.
• Hands‑on experience with OEM devices such as Cisco, Nokia, Huawei and Juniper.
