Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries from premium customers with speed, empathy, and professionalism.
• Achieve high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and maintain low Average Handling Time (AHT).
• Meet service quality, turnaround time (TAT) and other performance benchmarks.
• Promote the use of digital channels to enable smarter, self‑service options.
• Drive service‑excellence initiatives within the contact centre.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement projects aimed at increasing customer delight.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Arts, Science, Business, etc.).
• 2–5 years of experience in customer service, preferably serving premium or banking clients.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong customer focus with the capacity to manage high‑value interactions.
• Energetic, empathetic, and performance‑driven attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Comfort using digital tools and channels for customer support.
