Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of a bank branch. The role ensures full compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while supporting sales and vendor processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receipting, banking and reconciliation processes for cash, cheques and demand drafts with 100% accuracy.
• Manage safe custody of cash, keys and assets, and perform timely asset reconciliation.
• Identify and register local vendors, process procurement, and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate new branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other support functions.
• Handle advisor licensing, sales support, MIS preparation and dashboard updates.
• Organise training programmes, reward recognitions and conference logistics for sales teams.
• Provide legal, compliance and taxation support, including timely tax remittances.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain 100% accuracy under high‑volume conditions.
• Comfortable working extended or irregular hours and handling seasonal workload spikes.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Experience operating multiple banking systems and handling connectivity challenges.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.

Required skills

• Proficiency in operating multiple banking and MIS systems.
• Knowledge of NEFT vendor registration and basic banking compliance procedures.
