Customer Service Executive – Branch Operations

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will oversee day‑to‑day operational, financial, commercial and administrative activities of the Ramagundam branch. The role demands strict compliance with regulatory and organisational guidelines while ensuring high accuracy in all processes.

Key responsibilities

• Execute financial processes, including receipting, banking, and reconciliation, with 100% accuracy.
• Manage petty cash, safe custody of cash boxes, and ensure genuine expenditures.
• Identify and register local vendors, process procurement, and oversee timely payments.
• Support legal, compliance and taxation matters, including AML reporting and statutory displays.
• Handle advisor commission processes, NEFT registrations, and related queries.
• Provide HR, IT and admin support for employee joining, exits and settlements.
• Coordinate new branch set‑up activities with IT, infrastructure, banking and other functions.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail with a track record of delivering 100% accuracy.
• Ability to work extended hours and adapt to fluctuating transaction volumes.
• Excellent confidentiality handling despite limited infrastructure.
• Experience managing multiple systems and handling high‑volume cash operations.
