Customer Service Associate – Voice (French)

About the role

Accenture is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Service Associate for voice‑based collections. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls and emails to follow up on outstanding debts, resolve disputes, and support customers throughout the process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct French collections via phone and email, contacting debtors and collectors.
• Manage accounts receivable tasks, including ledger maintenance and payment tracking.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships while handling multiple stakeholders.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve customer inquiries under pressure.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors, following provided guidelines and instructions.
• Work rotational shifts as required.

Required profile

• BCom degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Fluent French (expert level).
• Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and manage multiple tasks.
