About the role

JoulesToWatts is looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Associates to join its fast‑growing support team across Mumbai, Bangalore and Pune. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and professional assistance through phone, email and chat.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues quickly and courteously.
• Provide accurate product information and help customers place or modify orders.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email and live chat to address their needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless problem resolution.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and transactions.
• Stay up‑to‑date on product knowledge and company policies.
• Meet or exceed defined service metrics and customer satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English with strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple customer channels simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused attitude and a passion for delivering high‑quality service.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
