Customer Experience & Community Manager

About the role

Ultra Group is seeking a Customer Experience & Community Manager to lead the design and execution of customer interaction strategies across multiple channels. Based in Chennai, this full‑time position will focus on improving satisfaction, loyalty and brand trust through data‑driven insights and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse customer feedback and interaction data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement community engagement programmes, both online and offline.
• Moderate community platforms, ensuring respectful and constructive dialogue.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and optimise processes.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular reports and propose actionable enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer experience, service quality improvement or community management.
• Strong communication skills with an empathetic, solution‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Chennai and engaging with local stakeholders.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Experience with community platforms and customer feedback systems.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
