About the role
Join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Customer Contact Communications Associate. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer queries via email and chat.
- Handle escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions.
- Close faults and complaints within defined SLA targets.
- Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems.
- Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on case status.
- Follow moderate‑level instructions and detailed guidelines for new assignments.
Required profile

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
