About the role

Join Accenture's Customer Support vertical as a Customer Contact Communications Associate. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple channels, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer queries via email and chat.
  • Handle escalations and complaints, providing effective solutions.
  • Close faults and complaints within defined SLA targets.
  • Perform analysis and solve lower‑complexity problems.
  • Collaborate with peers and update supervisors on case status.
  • Follow moderate‑level instructions and detailed guidelines for new assignments.

Required profile

  • Adaptable and flexible, able to work under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Commitment to quality and service excellence.
