Customer Care Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Care Coordinator will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of customer orders, from entry to final shipment, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction. Working in a hybrid setting at MillerKnoll’s manufacturing facility and office, you will act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor customer orders throughout the entire lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, timelines, and delivery updates.
• Coordinate with production, planning, logistics, and sales teams to guarantee on‑time order processing.
• Identify, communicate, and resolve any order‑related issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate order records in ERP and order‑management systems.
• Support internal and external stakeholders to meet service level and delivery performance targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in customer care, order management, or coordination.
• Prior experience in the furniture industry is preferred.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple orders and competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
