CRM & WhatsApp Sales Manager – Raipur (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven CRM & WhatsApp Sales Manager to lead our customer relationship management and WhatsApp‑based sales initiatives from our Raipur office. You will own the end‑to‑end CRM process, launch targeted WhatsApp campaigns, and convert leads from multiple channels into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and fully operationalise the CRM system within the first 10 days.
• Design and execute WhatsApp sales campaigns for a database of over 4,500 customers.
• Track, nurture and close leads originating from Instagram, the website, gifting requests and abandoned checkouts.
• Report weekly revenue performance directly to the founder.
• Achieve the first campaign revenue target within 30 days and meet a 90‑day revenue goal as defined in writing.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in CRM, WhatsApp sales or inside sales, preferably in a D2C environment.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, LeadSquared or similar, and WhatsApp sales tools.
• Proficiency in Excel for segmentation and data analysis.
• Fluent in Hindi and English.
