CREO Engineer – Hydraulics Pipe Routing & Sheet Metal

About the role

The company is seeking a CREO Engineer specialized in hydraulics pipe routing and sheet‑metal design to support heavy‑equipment, automotive and agricultural‑equipment projects. The role is based in Pune and requires immediate joining. You will work on complex 3‑D models, large assemblies and detailed manufacturing drawings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 3‑D models and detailed drawings of hydraulic piping, tube and hose routing using Creo.
• Design sheet‑metal components and large assemblies, ensuring fit, function and manufacturability.
• Select appropriate pipes, hoses, fittings and other hydraulic components based on system layouts.
• Create structural and weldment designs, applying correct welding symbols and standards.
• Apply GD&T according to ASME Y14.5 on all drawings.
• Maintain data in Windchill PDM and ensure version control.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate designs into overall product architecture.

Required profile

• B.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, Production or Manufacturing engineering.
• 3–6 years of hands‑on experience with Creo, preferably in heavy‑equipment, automotive or agricultural‑equipment design.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, pipe and hose routing, and component selection.
• Experience with sheet‑metal design, large‑assembly management and weldment design.
• Familiarity with GD&T (ASME Y14.5) and Windchill PDM.
