Coupa Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Coupa Consultant to join our team in Bangalore on a hybrid basis. You will be the primary system support owner for Coupa’s Contracting and Purchasing modules, ensuring smooth operation, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, monitor and support the Coupa procurement system, focusing on Contracting and Purchasing modules.
• Handle incidents, changes and problems related to these modules, ensuring timely resolution.
• Execute monthly and quarterly controls and participate in SarbOx audits.
• Conduct regular meetings with Lines of Business to discuss incident and problem status.
• Ensure Coupa‑DocuSign GxP integration runs according to GxP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with QA to produce and maintain GxP documentation and audit‑readiness evidence.
• Deliver GxP requirements for all relevant audits and inspections.
• Attend required GxP training and keep SOPs up to date.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in procurement system support or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of Coupa, especially Contracting and Purchasing modules.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ServiceNow ticketing.
• Experience with GxP compliance, audits and regulatory documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively with QA, business stakeholders and external auditors.
