Corporate Legal Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Corporate Legal Specialist to lead the legal function for our real‑estate portfolio. The role involves managing all contractual, registration and compliance matters related to property sales, leasing and development projects.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review agreements such as sale deeds, conveyance deeds, MOUs, lease deeds, leave‑and‑license agreements and other standard contracts.
• Conduct title due‑diligence and review title reports for ongoing projects.
• Address customer queries concerning residential and warehouse leasing arrangements.
• Coordinate with internal teams across strategy, leasing, business, design and registration to ensure seamless transaction flow.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for document stamping, execution and registration processes.
• Update standard legal documents in line with evolving policies and lessons learned.
• Prepare responses to legal notices related to approvals, society handover and other regulatory matters.

Required profile

• LLB qualification with 6‑10 years of core real‑estate legal experience.
• Proven ability to draft and review a wide range of real‑estate transaction documents.
• Hands‑on experience in title due‑diligence and analysis of title reports.
• Strong understanding of property documentation, stamping and registration procedures.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills to drive end‑to‑end documentation for transactions.
