Corporate Legal Specialist – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a Corporate Legal Specialist with strong expertise in real estate law to support our growing portfolio of residential and warehouse projects. The role involves end‑to‑end management of legal documentation, title verification, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review sale agreements, conveyance deeds, MOUs, lease deeds, leave‑and‑license agreements, rectification deeds, and various contracts.
• Conduct title due‑diligence and review title reports for ongoing projects.
• Address customer queries related to residential and warehouse leasing.
• Coordinate with internal teams across strategy, leasing, business, design, and registration.
• Manage document stamping, execution, and registration processes.
• Update standard legal documents in line with policy changes and lessons learned.
• Prepare responses to legal notices concerning approvals, society handover, and related matters.

Required profile

• LLB qualification.
• 6–10 years of core real‑estate legal experience.
• Proven ability to draft and review complex real‑estate transaction documents.
• Experience in title due‑diligence and reviewing title reports.
• Good understanding of property documentation, stamping, and registration procedures.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with internal stakeholders.
