Corporate Finance Manager – Strategic FP&A & M&A

About the role

DreamFolks is seeking a high‑impact Corporate Finance Manager to lead FP&A, investor relations, business analytics and strategic finance initiatives. The role partners with senior leadership to shape financial strategy, drive data‑based decision making and support both organic and inorganic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain annual operating plans, budgeting frameworks and forecasting models.
• Produce automated, insight‑driven monthly finance dashboards and management review packs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional systems for tracking key business metrics and KPIs.
• Conduct predictive analysis, external benchmarking, ratio analysis and advanced analytics for strategic decisions.
• Own monthly, quarterly and ad‑hoc management reporting with a focus on automation.
• Track market trends, peer performance and valuation benchmarks.
• Build detailed financial models, valuation frameworks, synergy assessments and investment theses for potential transactions.
• Support due‑diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and preparation of investment committee materials.
• Assist post‑merger integration planning, synergy tracking and performance evaluation.
• Drive automation of FP&A, MIS and reporting using AI tools, data analytics and workflow platforms.

Required profile

• MBA, CA or CFA from a reputed institute.
• 3‑5 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, consulting, investment banking or finance transformation.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Exposure to AI‑driven automation platforms is a plus.
• Prior experience in travel‑tech, fintech, digital payments, card networks or related ecosystems is desirable.
