Corporate Finance Analyst (Treasury & FP&A)

About the role

DESRIDESRI is seeking a resourceful Analyst to join its Hyderabad office. The role will support the company’s renewable‑energy portfolio by managing treasury and corporate‑finance initiatives, including debt facilities and financial planning.

Key responsibilities

• Forecast short‑term and long‑term cash positions at project and corporate levels.
• Track deal flow, plan major fundings, and monitor liquidity and covenant compliance.
• Maintain and enhance forecasting and budgeting tools.
• Collaborate with lenders, investors, counsel, and senior management on financing transactions, due diligence, and compliance.
• Prepare periodic financing reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Standardize, document, and improve corporate‑finance processes, workflows, and controls.

Required profile

• MBA in Finance or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 0‑2 years of experience in Treasury, Corporate Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
