Corporate Clinic Nurse (India)

About the role

International SOS is looking for an experienced and compassionate Nurse to join its Corporate Clinic team in India. The role involves delivering high‑quality outpatient and emergency care, ensuring the clinic operates safely and compliantly, and supporting employee wellbeing within a corporate healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide primary outpatient care, nursing consultations, first aid and basic emergency medical care.
• Assess and manage minor illnesses and injuries, referring to physicians when needed.
• Coordinate ambulance transfers, specialist consultations and patient referrals.
• Maintain consultation rooms, emergency response areas, medical equipment, medications and consumables.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, calibration requirements and asset registers.
• Complete accurate patient records, incident reports, audits and operational reports.
• Support infection prevention and control, hygiene inspections and health‑promotion programmes.
• Train and mentor new staff on clinic standards and processes.
• Participate in medical and administrative meetings and contribute to service‑improvement discussions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic or primary‑care setting (GP or outpatient experience preferred).
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in nursing or an equivalent qualification.
• Valid nursing registration in India.
