Corporate Business Development & Transactions Manager – Office Services

About the role

The Corporate Business Development / Transactions Manager will identify, develop and manage relationships with corporate occupiers for office leasing in Chennai. The role drives new business opportunities, advises clients on real‑estate strategies and oversees end‑to‑end leasing transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new corporate leasing opportunities through networking, market mapping and referrals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with CXOs, HR, Admin, Real Estate and Procurement leaders.
• Provide end‑to‑end leasing advisory services, including acquisition, renewal, consolidation and relocation.
• Prepare market intelligence, availability reports, lease comparisons and financial analyses.
• Manage the full leasing cycle from lead generation to deal closure, coordinating inspections and site visits.
• Negotiate commercial and legal terms with landlords and developers and ensure timely execution of lease agreements.
• Track market trends, vacancy levels and rental benchmarks, maintaining a database of developers and landlords.
• Ensure high client satisfaction, develop long‑term partnerships and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Achieve individual and team revenue targets, monitor pipeline and prepare regular MIS reports.
