Corporate Banking Manager – Relationship Management

About the role

HSBC is seeking an experienced Corporate Banking Manager to join its Corporate Banking team in Bengaluru. The role supports relationship managers in delivering value‑added services to large and complex corporate clients, helping them achieve their international growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Relationship Manager (RM) in managing up to a portfolio of the largest corporate relationships.
• Analyse financial reports and management information of existing and prospective customers.
• Research target companies, identify client needs and propose suitable HSBC solutions.
• Coordinate service providers to ensure a seamless, cross‑border approach to business prospects.
• Prepare high‑quality credit applications and strategic business conversations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of HSBC capabilities and external market factors.
• Act as primary point of contact for customers and colleagues in the RM’s absence.
• Handle complaints, manage KANA tickets, and support UAT on CFT and related platforms.

Required profile

• Graduate degree with relevant experience in client management or corporate banking.
• Proven ability to work with senior corporate clients and complex financial structures.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory and procedural requirements.
