About the role

We are seeking a talented Copywriter based in India to join a fast‑moving, video‑first creative team. You will craft compelling narratives that resonate across digital, social, and brand channels for restaurant and retail campaigns, ensuring tone, timing, and cultural relevance drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original copy and creative concepts for multiple channels, including video scripts, posters, digital ads, packaging, websites, and promotional materials.
• Lead storytelling across social, digital, and brand‑native content with a focus on audience engagement.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, and data analysts to translate insights into creative direction.
• Participate in ideation sessions and shape campaign narratives from concept through execution.
• Maintain consistency of tone, clarity, and cultural relevance across all deliverables.
• Utilize modern creative tools, including AI‑assisted writing tools, to expand ideas while preserving a human voice.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in copywriting or creative writing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi‑channel campaign work and storytelling.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance ideation without losing authenticity.
• High cultural awareness and curiosity, able to generate ideas from diverse inputs.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a distributed team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
