About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Cook Chef to join our on‑site kitchen team in the Pune Division. This full‑time position involves planning, preparing, and presenting daily meals for staff while maintaining the highest standards of taste, hygiene, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook main dishes, side items, and snacks according to established menus and dietary requirements.
• Season, portion, and plate meals ensuring consistent quality and appealing presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory, store ingredients properly, and monitor food freshness.
• Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Coordinate with management to align meal schedules and ensure timely service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Required profile

• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and menu planning.
• Experience in kitchen organization, inventory management, and portion control.
• Thorough understanding of food safety, hygiene practices, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask during peak periods.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with kitchen staff and management.
