Controllers Coordinator – Cost Accounting

About the role

Dow is seeking a Controllers Coordinator to provide consistent, high‑quality cost accounting support and reporting. You will work closely with cost accountants and stakeholders to ensure accurate month‑end closing, product costing, and inventory reconciliation.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and review month‑end closing reports using Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and Excel.
• Create and maintain Global Material IDs (GMID) accounting segments based on CMT/PMR requests.
• Coordinate stock‑take observations and reconcile inventory counts through paper‑based processes.
• Monitor functional mailboxes and personal email to investigate and respond to stakeholder inquiries.
• Document CAEC work processes and implement improvements or automations as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA/CA (fresh graduate) or Inter CMA/Inter CA/MBA with 2+ years of costing/accounting experience.
• B.Com/M.Com or related field with 4+ years of costing/accounting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication, and ability to act as a business partner.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
