Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring that agreements are executed, monitored, and closed in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role acts as a central liaison between sales, legal, finance, project, and procurement teams to safeguard commercial interests and support successful project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain contract lifecycle management (CLM) from award to closure.
• Act as a bridge between sales, legal, finance, project, and procurement teams.
• Support senior management with contract performance reports.
• Advise project teams on contractual obligations and risk exposure.
• Track key milestones, deliverables, and payment schedules.
• Monitor variations, amendments, and change orders.
• Ensure documentation is complete, auditable, and compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
• Maintain contract repository and version control.
• Manage claims, counterclaims, and dispute resolution.
• Protect the company’s commercial interests, including handling extension of time (EOT) requests and variation claims.
• Support international contracts, including FIDIC, INCOTERMS, and cross‑border compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing contracts across multiple business functions.
• Strong understanding of contractual obligations, risk exposure, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to produce accurate performance reports for senior leadership.
• Experience with international contract frameworks such as FIDIC and INCOTERMS.
• Excellent coordination skills with legal, finance, procurement, and operations teams.
