Content Producer & Video Editor

About the role

The Propertist is looking for a creative, execution‑driven professional to produce and edit video content that strengthens the brand across digital platforms. You will be involved in every stage of the production pipeline, from concept and scripting to final delivery for social media and corporate presentations.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑production: collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop scripts, storyboards, shoot schedules and manage on‑ground logistics, using AI‑driven brainstorming tools.
• Production (on‑ground execution): direct and shoot as a one‑person crew or small team leader, handling cinema or mirrorless cameras, creative lighting, and high‑quality field audio.
• Post‑production (content creation): organize raw footage, craft narrative arcs, design audio landscapes, apply color correction and grading, and integrate AI‑assisted editing for rough cuts, object removal, transcription and captioning.
• Review & platform delivery: manage feedback cycles, format and optimise final masters for corporate presentations and social media channels.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media production, or video production.
• Strong knowledge of video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.
• Ability to edit engaging short‑form videos with strong hooks, captions, transitions, motion graphics and retention‑focused storytelling.
• Good command of English and Hindi.

Required skills

• High proficiency with professional cinema and mirrorless camera setups (Sony, Canon), lens selection, 3‑point lighting and multi‑mic audio setups (lavaliers, shotgun, field recorders).
• Expert‑level mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro for narrative assembly and After Effects for motion graphics, titles and transitions.
• Proficiency in AI video, audio and script‑writing tools (e.g., Hera, Synthesia, HeyGenAI) to accelerate workflow and enhance production value.
