Consultant – Tax Technology – DocuSign CLM (Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Gurugram/Pune/Mumbai)

About the role

Deloitte's Tax Technology Consulting (TTC) team is looking for a Consultant who will help tax and legal departments modernise their processes through DocuSign CLM solutions. You will work across major Indian cities, partnering with clients to configure, test and optimise contract management technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Configure DocuSign CLM and related contract management tools based on documented client requirements.
• Conduct user‑acceptance testing, create comprehensive test scenarios and identify improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis for contract management systems.
• Lead proof‑of‑concepts for new DocuSign functionalities and drive template rationalisation.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring quality and timely completion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on DocuSign CLM implementation.
• Strong documentation and analytical skills with a focus on business process design.
• Proactive attitude, effective communication and ability to work independently.
• Leadership experience for senior‑level candidates.

Required skills

• DocuSign CLM configuration and troubleshooting.
• DocuSign workflow design.
• DocuSign API integrations.
• DocuSign CLM Consultant certification.
• Project management certifications (PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master) – preferred.
• Familiarity with DocuSign AI capabilities – a plus.
