Associate Director - Enterprise Program Manager

About the role

Riveron is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead enterprise technology programs, manage client and internal stakeholder relationships, and oversee financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technology programs across implementation, transformation, enhancement, and support.
• Manage client stakeholders, internal stakeholders, and cross‑functional delivery teams.
• Oversee P&L, budgets, revenue, costs, margins, utilization and forecasting.
• Drive project planning, resource management, delivery governance, risk and issue escalation.
• Act as the bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology delivery, program management, application management or client‑facing leadership.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
