Consultant – International Corporate Tax (UAE Region)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Corporate Tax Consultant to support our UAE region clients. The role involves delivering high‑quality tax compliance, advisory and research services while working closely with internal teams and external clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review UAE Corporate Tax returns, computations and supporting schedules.
• Assist in tax accounting calculations and disclosures for financial statements.
• Conduct technical research on UAE and international tax matters, including OECD BEPS and Pillar Two projects.
• Provide advisory support on corporate tax planning, restructuring and international tax issues.
• Draft technical memorandums, identify tax risks and opportunities, and keep abreast of regulatory changes.
• Participate in client meetings, support billing proposals and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure all assignments meet firm quality standards and complete mandatory compliance training.

Required profile

• CA or MBA (Finance) qualification.
• 1‑3 years of experience in corporate tax compliance and international tax advisory.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model (on‑site and remote).
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
