About the role
We are looking for a Relationship Manager for our Current Account division in Delhi. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with existing account holders, delivering tailored financial solutions and ensuring a high level of service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current account holders.
- Identify cross‑selling opportunities and promote relevant products and services.
- Provide personalized financial advice and solutions aligned with client needs.
- Monitor account activity, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
- Proven experience in relationship management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
