Construction Sales Manager

About the role

Build and Beyond is seeking a Construction Sales Manager to lead business development for its construction projects across residential, commercial and industrial segments. Based in Bengaluru, you will work on‑site, driving new client acquisition and managing key accounts to grow revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage prospective clients, preparing and presenting tailored proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure accurate scoping and pricing in collaboration with project and engineering teams.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, monitor market trends and provide regular performance forecasts.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with developers, contractors, vendors and industry partners.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction sales, business development or account management within the construction or infrastructure sector.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project lifecycles and cost estimation.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication abilities.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets and managing a sales pipeline using CRM or similar tools.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Bengaluru and travel to client locations as needed.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on ethical business practices.
• Familiarity with the Bengaluru or regional construction market is highly beneficial.
