Construction Manager - Lead

About the role

Mace is seeking a Construction Manager – Lead to oversee a high‑rise residential rehabilitation project in Mumbai. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive the project toward timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coach and develop the team, managing performance and technical growth.
• Lead package delivery for structural and fit‑out works, maintaining programme alignment, quality standards, and safe working practices.
• Coordinate programme priorities with Project Package Managers, manage critical‑path activities, and lead look‑ahead meetings.
• Monitor progress through Planned vs Actual reporting and escalate deviations to Construction Leadership.
• Champion digital strategy by using project information systems, QAQC plans, and ITPs, ensuring effective close‑out and handover.
• Promote responsible delivery by embedding best practices, fostering stakeholder collaboration, and advancing carbon‑reduction initiatives toward net‑zero.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Relevant experience on projects of a similar nature.
