Construction Coordinator – National Contract

About the role

The Construction Coordinator will support both home‑office and field coordination on power projects, acting as the primary link between construction and other project functions such as development, engineering, procurement, contracts and controls. This role ensures construction requirements are communicated promptly and that construction input informs project decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide construction recommendations across multiple disciplines and functional areas.
• Facilitate the development and execution of approved constructability ideas and plans.
• Organise input to the Constructability Program, ensuring timely delivery of construction‑related requirements for estimating and design.
• Support pre‑construction planning, execution strategies, and value‑engineering initiatives on large industrial, process‑plant and infrastructure projects.
• Advise engineering on the latest construction technologies, local practices and preferences to optimise cost, schedule and overall delivery.
• Contribute to modularisation, pre‑assembly strategies and safety‑in‑design efforts.

Required profile

• Proven experience in construction coordination on power or large‑scale industrial projects.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and schedule adherence.
• Familiarity with construction standards, safety‑in‑design principles and value‑engineering processes.
