Computer Network Security Engineer

About the role

Knowdis.ai, an AI‑first e‑commerce technology company, is looking for a trusted Computer Network Security Engineer to own and evolve its IT security infrastructure. Based in Delhi, you will work on‑site in a hybrid model, protecting critical data and systems against sophisticated cyber threats.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain secure network architectures, including firewalls, VPNs and IDS/IPS.
• Continuously monitor networks for vulnerabilities, respond to incidents, perform root‑cause analysis and remediate quickly.
• Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and data protection laws.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and data‑science teams to enforce Zero‑Trust access controls and harden systems.
• Lead security awareness initiatives, mitigate insider threats and foster a security‑first culture across the organization.

Required profile

• Based in Delhi (or willing to relocate immediately) and able to work onsite in a hybrid model.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Network Security Engineer, Information Security Analyst or a similar role managing complex IT infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience with next‑gen firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco ASA) and deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching and VPN architectures (IPsec, SSL).
