Compliance Officer – AM (f/m/d)

About the role

DB RRTS is seeking a proactive Compliance Officer to lead ethics and compliance initiatives for its Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and Mass Rapid Transport System (MRTS) projects in Delhi, India. The role focuses on preventing corruption, economic crime, and ensuring adherence to the DB Code of Conduct.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and deliver Compliance and Ethics training for employees and executives.
• Support the Compliance Officer with audits, due‑diligence, risk assessments, whistle‑blowing management and contract reviews.
• Conduct compliance risk analyses and report identified risks.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective actions and preventive measures against corruption and human‑rights violations.
• Propose improvements to the Compliance Management System and report occurrences to senior compliance leadership.
• Assist corporate secretarial tasks, including board meeting preparation and corporate law compliance.

Required profile

• University graduate (excluding B.Tech/M.Tech) with 5‑9 years of relevant experience.
• Law degree is a plus.
• Business‑fluent English; German is a plus.
• Experience in an international environment and ability to handle complex issues.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
