Compassionate Home Nurse – Provide In‑Home Patient Care

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate Home Nurse to deliver high‑quality patient care in a home setting. The successful candidate will work closely with physicians, families, and other caregivers to ensure the health, safety, and comfort of patients receiving in‑home care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care at patients' homes according to physician instructions.
• Monitor health status, vital signs, and medical conditions regularly.
• Administer prescribed medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility support.
• Maintain accurate patient records and prepare daily health reports.
• Support elderly, post‑surgery, bedridden, or chronically ill patients.
• Educate family members on care plans and medication schedules.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and comfort at all times.
• Coordinate with doctors, hospitals, and other caregivers for treatment updates.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies when required.

Required profile

• B.Sc Nursing, GNM, or ANM certification with a valid nursing license.
• Experience in home healthcare, ICU, elderly care, or general patient care.
• Compassionate, patient‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and maintain thorough documentation.
